1. About our services

Fabulous in Midlife provides:

  • Women’s health coaching

  • Breathwork coaching (including Buteyko Method and Oxygen Advantage® principles)

  • Educational resources, workshops, and programs

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

Our services are designed to support wellbeing, lifestyle, and personal growth. They are not medical treatment.

2. Not medical advice

You acknowledge that:

  • Fabulous in Midlife is not a medical provider.

  • Coaching does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychological, or professional care when needed.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, taking medication, or undergoing treatment, you should consult your healthcare provider before engaging in coaching or breathwork practices.

3. Client responsibility

By working with Fabulous in Midlife, you agree that:

  • You are participating voluntarily.

  • You will provide honest and accurate information about your health and circumstances.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

Coaching is a collaborative process — your progress depends on your participation and commitment.

4. Booking and payments

a) Booking

Sessions can be booked via:

  • Our website

  • Email

b) Payment

Payment must be made in full before coaching begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit card

  • Bank transfer

  • Online payment platforms

5. Cancellation and rescheduling policy

a) Individual sessions

  • You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session without penalty.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

b) Programs or packages

If you purchase a coaching package:

  • Sessions must generally be used within 6 months.

  • Unused sessions may not be refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion and may depend on:

  • How much of the program has been completed

  • Whether sessions have been delivered

  • Any exceptional circumstances

We do not provide refunds for completed sessions or digital materials already accessed.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep your personal information confidential in line with our Privacy Policy.

However, confidentiality may be broken if:

  • We believe there is a risk of harm to you or others

  • We are legally required to disclose information

8. Intellectual property

All materials provided by Fabulous in Midlife — including:

  • Worksheets

  • Videos

  • PDFs

  • Programs

  • Course content

  • Breathwork instructions

  • Website content

…remain the intellectual property of Fabulous in Midlife.

You may use them for personal purposes only. You may not copy, share, sell, or redistribute them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabulous in Midlife is not liable for:

  • Any physical, emotional, or financial outcomes from coaching

  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation

  • Any reliance on information provided

Your participation is at your own risk.

10. Breathwork safety

If you participate in breathwork coaching, you acknowledge that:

  • Breathwork can sometimes cause dizziness, tingling, or emotional release.

  • You will follow safety guidelines provided.

  • You should stop immediately if you feel unwell and seek medical support if necessary.

11. Website use

By using our website, you agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the site

  • Use content without permission

  • Misrepresent yourself

  • Submit false information

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.
