I coach women from their 30s onward through the changes of midlife, perimenopause, and menopause. Whether you’re feeling off, exhausted, bloated, burned out, or unsure why things suddenly feel harder, we work together to create sustainable changes that fit your real life.

I’m not coaching from theory alone. I’ve been there—from clueless 30-something to confused perimenopausal to wiser (but still evolving) postmenopausal woman. I know how hard it is to piece together what’s going on in your body.
